ABOUT US

Here's us, the Hulleman Family

March 2023

After almost two decades of dairy farming, we are making the move from Lacombe County to Foothills County to make hay and grow grain.

Early April we will call Turner Valley (Diamond Valley) home. For those of you who reside in the area, or take the scenic Highway 22 route south of Bragg Creek. You may be familiar with the green hay sheds from Valley Hay Sales. They are hanging up the haying hat and we will be taking over operations.

We come to the area with many years of experience feeding dairy cattle and farming our land. Making dairy hay is not new to us, but horse hay is. That being said, we are more than excited to learn the ropes from the current staff. Mike, the farm manager and his daughter Hollie have offered to show us how it's done, and will stay on for foreseeable future.

The coming months will likely be hectic as we transition our four kids into the local schools and sports, make our house a home, explore our new surroundings, meet the neighbors and head out to meet current hay customers.

With everything that is going on in our farming career right now, we take immense comfort in knowing that you always have a colleague close by as a farmer.

We look forward to a great spring and amazing Alberta summer.

Don't hesitate to follow us on our Socials to keep in touch on upcoming changes and hay updates. Or simply give us a call.

Cheers,

Moniek, Martijn and Family
